Our Charitable Commitment
Property is about people and places. We support organisations that help people access safe housing, build community resilience and address housing inequality across the regions we serve.
Homelessness and Housing Charities
We support local homelessness charities across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Greater London and Oxfordshire. These organisations provide emergency accommodation, long term housing support and advocacy for people experiencing homelessness. As property professionals we understand the transformative impact that safe, stable housing has on every aspect of a person's life, and we are committed to supporting organisations that make that possible.
Community Building Projects
We contribute to community building and renovation projects that improve local facilities, community centres and shared spaces across our seven county area. From village hall renovations to urban community centre upgrades, we believe strong communities are built on the spaces where people come together.
Youth and Education Initiatives
We support programmes that introduce young people to careers in property, surveying and construction. Through work experience placements, careers talks and educational partnerships we help the next generation discover pathways into the surveying profession.
