Independent, Professional and Local Property Surveyors
National Home Surveyors was founded to provide home buyers, homeowners and property investors across the Home Counties and Greater London with genuinely independent, high quality property surveying and valuation services. We saw that too many buyers were relying on mortgage valuations alone and discovering costly defects only after they had moved in. We set out to change that.
From our base covering Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and Greater London we have now completed over 1,000 home surveys, property valuations and building inspections. Every survey is carried out to RICS standards by an experienced independent surveyor who works solely for the client. We have no ties to estate agents, lenders or contractors and every report we produce is written in plain English with clear recommendations.
Our surveyors know the local building stock, ground conditions and property market across each of our seven counties. From Victorian terraces to modern new builds, Cotswold stone cottages to London mansion flats, we have seen and inspected it all and we bring that experience to every instruction.
