How much does a RICS Level 3 Building Survey cost?
A RICS Level 3 Building Survey, our most comprehensive inspection, starts from £595 ex VAT for a one or two-bedroom property and rises to around £700 for three bedrooms and £725 for four. How much does a property valuation cost?
Most specialist residential property valuations are a fixed £1,200 ex VAT — including RICS Red Book valuations, probate, capital gains tax, stamp duty and matrimonial valuations. Reinstatement cost assessments are £2,500. See our residential valuation service for more.
