Professional Qualifications
Our surveyors are qualified to the highest industry standards.

This means our work follows RICS professional standards, ethical requirements and practice guidance on every instruction we undertake.

Our property valuers are RICS Registered Valuers who are qualified to produce RICS Red Book valuations for all purposes including probate, capital gains tax, stamp duty, matrimonial proceedings, Help to Buy, shared ownership and other formal valuation requirements.
15+ Years Combined Experience
Between our surveyors we have over a decade and a half of experience surveying and valuing residential property across the Home Counties and Greater London. This experience covers every type of residential building from Listed period properties to modern new builds.
RICS Home Survey Standard
Every home survey we produce follows the RICS Home Survey Standard, the professional benchmark for residential property surveying. This ensures consistency, thoroughness and quality across every report regardless of the survey level or property type.
Full Professional Indemnity Insurance
We carry comprehensive professional indemnity insurance that covers all our surveying and valuation work. This gives our clients confidence that our professional advice is properly backed and that there is recourse in the unlikely event of a professional issue.
Continuous Professional Development
All our surveyors maintain ongoing CPD in line with RICS requirements. We stay current with changes in building regulations, construction methods, defect identification, legal frameworks and valuation methodology.

What RICS Qualification Means
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is the world's leading professional body for property, land and construction.
RICS qualified surveyors must demonstrate a high level of competence across residential surveying, pass a rigorous assessment process, and commit to ongoing professional development. They must also adhere to the RICS Rules of Conduct and the five professional and ethical standards.
When you instruct an RICS qualified surveyor, you are choosing a professional who:
- Has proven their technical competence through qualification and assessment
- Works to recognised professional standards on every survey and valuation
- Is bound by a code of ethics including honesty, integrity and impartiality
- Carries appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Maintains ongoing CPD to stay current with industry developments
- Is accountable to a professional body with a formal complaints and disciplinary process
You can verify RICS professional status at www.rics.org.
